GETCHRISTIANCOUNSELING.COM provides wellness maintenance, mental, emotional, and spiritual support, and prayer to individuals in need of individual guidance, relationship counseling, or experiencing exhaustion, stress, sadness, feeling stuck, at a breaking point or who are generally discouraged by the challenges they are facing in life. We understand and care, and believe it is God's will for individuals to be healthy and whole to live their blessed life.

Do you accept insurance?

No, and here’s why. Accepting healthcare would obligate us to assign a mental health diagnosis to the individuals we support that becomes a permanent entry on their health records. Diagnosing or labeling the individuals we support is not our focus. Our focus is on supporting mental, emotional and spiritual wellness through transformation, renewal, repairing relationships, and journeying alongside those who need our support in their goals of changing and living their blessed lives.

That said, the services we provide certainly employ psychological methods, but as an added benefit, they are combined with faith-based principles to address certain mental and emotional experiences. As such, Christian counseling is no less successful than non-faith-based counseling. Not only do many scientific studies prove the effectiveness of Christian counseling, but it is also highly regarded as a solution for the treatment of mental health.

While affordability is relative and varies from person to person, we have done our best to set rates and plans that are highly competitive in withe industry standard.

Do you offer in-person counseling?

No, we offer virtual counseling sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Under certain conditions, we may also provide counseling by phone or text messaging.

How often do I need to meet counseling?

The frequency of counseling sessions depends on the individual and their goals. Some clients prefer to meet weekly, while others may meet bi-weekly or monthly.
